A PAINTED POTTERY HORSE WITH FOREIGNER RIDER.

A very fine painted pottery horse with foreigner rider playing musical instrument. Dated to Tang Dynasty period (AD618-907). It measures around H45cm L41cm. Good condition, with only minor repairs at feet only, supplied with TL test paper from Germany.

Very well sculptured with rich decorations & vivid paintings on body. Dated to Northern Qi period (AD550-577). It measures around H69cm L42cm D34cm. Good condition, with some minor repairs at body & at feet only. Can arrange Oxford TL testing if required.
